The building was carefully sited to provide the most efficient internal plan for the manufacturing and bottling production line, while the occupied office spaces were located to maximise solar access.

An area behind the bottling production line has been designated for future expansion allowing for the plant to expand by 100%.

Site planning to maximise the potential of future expansion.

Internal space planning including the coordination with manufacture engineers.

Siting and preliminary landscape concept design.

The office spaces have been centred along the building in response to the bottling production line plan.

From first floor of the offices access to the manufacture and bottling plant is provided as a gangway allowing management and oversight.

Brise soleil line the northern elevation to control the solar gain, where a central double height atrium defines the entrance and intersects the solar shading.

Gabion walls bolster each corner of the building and define the transition from operational to manufacturing spaces.
